Product Exclusion (Block a Product from Your Website)

  1. Individual products carried by Europa may be excluded from your site.  To Exclude a product:

    1. Login to the INSite Product Portal 
    2. Select Product >> Exclusion from the navigation
    3. Click the ADD PRODUCT TO EXCLUDE button and a modal window will appear
    4. Choose the Manufacturer of the product you wish to exclude from the drop down list
    5. Enter the SKU number of the product you wish to exclude
    6. Click the ADD button

The next time the datafeed update occurs, the product will be automatically excluded from your website. Please note that in order to "un-exclude" any products, you must let us know to rerun the full feed.
